SHIPPING POLICY

This policy summarises the delivery provisions of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). In case of any discrepancy, the GTC prevail.

1. Delivery methods and fees

  • GLS Parcel Locker and GLS Parcel Point: HUF 1,490, free on orders over HUF 35,000. Your parcel is delivered to the parcel locker or Parcel Point selected at checkout; GLS will notify you when it is ready for collection.
  • GLS home delivery: HUF 1,990. A GLS courier delivers the parcel to the address you provide in Hungary.
  • MPL home delivery: HUF 2,990. Magyar Posta delivers the parcel to the address you provide in Hungary.
  • In-person collection: free, at our Budapest office (1095 Budapest, Soroksári út 110-112., Building C, 1st floor) during the opening hours shown on our Contact page, or at events we announce. We will notify you by email when your order is ready; please bring your order number.

The exact delivery fee for your order is shown at checkout before you place the order; the fee displayed when the order is placed applies. We currently deliver to addresses in Hungary only.

2. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for GLS home delivery and GLS Parcel Locker/Parcel Point; the cash-on-delivery fee is HUF 300. It is not available for in-person collection or MPL home delivery. For custom-made products we may ask for online payment in advance.

3. Delivery times

  • Products in stock: orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of the order confirmation, and delivery takes 1–2 business days from dispatch – in total, expect 3–5 business days from your order.
  • Custom-made products (e.g. Troop Name Patch, Troop Number Patch, Name Strip Patch): the production time is shown on the product page (8–12 business days for the Name Strip Patch, Troop Name Patch and Troop Number Patch); delivery time is added to this.
  • The general deadline for fulfilment is no more than 30 days after the order confirmation.

4. Uncollected orders

Orders awaiting in-person collection are stored free of charge for 14 days from the notification that they are ready. Detailed rules (storage fee, deadlines) are set out in the GTC.

5. Receiving your parcel

Please check your parcel on receipt – if possible, in the presence of the courier. If there are signs of external damage, ask the courier to record it and let us know without delay at info@cserkeszbazar.hu. Failing to report it does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
