How much does shipping cost? Is free shipping available?
- GLS parcel locker and GLS ParcelShop: HUF 1,490, free over HUF 35,000
- GLS home delivery: HUF 1,990
- MPL home delivery: HUF 2,990
- Pickup at our Budapest office: free

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- In-stock products: expect 3–5 working days from ordering.
- Made-to-order products (name tape, troop name and troop number badges): production takes 8–12 working days.
How can I follow where my parcel is?
When your parcel is dispatched, we email you the tracking link.
Can I pick up my order in person in Budapest?
Yes, free of charge, at our Budapest office (1095 Budapest, Soroksári út 110-112., Building C, 1st floor) during the opening hours shown on the Contact page, or at events we announce.
- We email you when your order is ready.
- Please bring your order number.
- We store the order free of charge for 14 days from the notification.
Can I pay when I receive the parcel (cash on delivery)?
Yes, with GLS home delivery and GLS parcel locker/ParcelShop; the cash on delivery fee is HUF 300. It is not available for pickup or MPL.
Can I get a company invoice, for example for our troop or association?
Yes. At checkout enter the company name, and type the tax number into the “Tax number – company invoices only” field (e.g. 12345678-2-12).
How do I know which size to choose?
On clothing product pages, click “Size chart” to see measurements in centimetres. Garments are measured laid flat; allow ±2 cm.
Tip: lay out a favourite piece of your own and compare it with the chart.
What should I do if I want to return a product?
As a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can let us know:
- by email (info@cserkeszbazar.hu),
- by post,
- with the “Withdraw from contract” function in the footer.
Personalised, made-to-order products (e.g. name tape, troop name and troop number badges) are excluded. See the Refund policy and the Terms of Service for details.
Can we order larger quantities for our troop or an event?
Of course! Email info@cserkeszbazar.hu with the product, quantity and deadline, and we will sort out the details.
